...because less will always be more! Like, take this up-and-quickly-coming designer behind Danish brand NUR - She's a bit of a genius I think. Honest, simple and minimal is her ethos, which is really what defines Scandinavian Design, and she nailed it!
Maja Bøgh Vindbjerg (yes, yes I know, you won't be able to pronounce it..) is a young woman with a very prosperous future. At the age of 27, she is so capable that she has managed to launch her own brand whilst studying architecture(!) and I speak from my own experience when I say that that is admirable indeed. And if that wasn't enough, she can also strut the fact that she is also evolving into a furniture designer, with designs already made for several big manufacturers.. We are waiting in anticipation! But until then we can enjoy the splendid minimalism of NUR's current range:
